Your Inbox and what Needs review means
Everything waiting for you in one list, what the tabs filter to, and what you can do with each item.
Available on All plans
The Inbox is where conversations arrive before they become content. The page describes itself as Review and approve calls before extracting content, and that is the job: look at what came in, and decide what to keep.
What lands here
Two kinds of item
- Calls
- Meetings brought in from Fathom, with the date and how long the call ran
- Brain dumps
- Thoughts you captured yourself, shown with the start of what you said
What Needs review means
Needs review lists the items you have not dealt with yet. An item stays there until you act on it, so the tab is a to-do list rather than a category of its own. If you have acted on nothing, it shows everything.
Narrow the list
- 1
Select a tab above the list. All shows everything, Calls shows only meetings, Brain dumps shows only what you captured, and Needs review shows what is still waiting.
- 2
To find one item, type part of it into Search.
What you can do with an item
The controls on a row
- Approve
- On a call. Sends it on to have ideas pulled out of it
- View ideas
- On a brain dump. Opens the ideas already found in it
- Discard
- On either. Removes the item from the list
Bring in new calls
- 1
Select Sync now to check for meetings that have finished since you last looked.
- 2
Select Integrations to see where your calls come from, or to connect a source.
- 3

Good to know
- Order
- Newest first
- Calls
- Show the date and the length of the meeting
- Brain dumps
- Available on some accounts
- Nothing is automatic
