Add documents and writing samples

Give the app more of your own material to draw on, and understand what documents change and what they do not.

Available on All plans

Documents give the app more of your own writing to work from. A talk you have given, a piece you are proud of, a page from your site: anything that sounds like you helps the content it makes sound like you too.

Add a document

  1. 1

Open Your Content Profile, then select the Documents tab.

  2. 2

Drag a PDF or a Word file onto the box, or select the box to browse for one. A file can be up to 10 MB.

  3. 3

To use something already on the web, paste the address into the field underneath and select Add.

What documents do, and what they do not

This catches people out. Uploading a thorough document does not complete your profile, and a complete profile is not a substitute for giving the app your actual writing. They do different jobs, and the app uses both.
