AI Notes: what the app learns about you

The facts the app picks up about your business as you work, where each one came from, and how sure it is.

Available on All plans

As you work, the app notices things about your business and writes them down. These notes sit alongside your profile and are used every time it generates content for you, so the output sounds more like you the longer you use it.

Find your notes

  1. 1

Open Your Content Profile, then select the AI Notes tab.

Where the notes come from

The app describes them as facts learned from your extractions, your generated content and the ideas you have starred. You do not write them yourself, and they build up quietly while you work.

What each note tells you

On every note

The fact
One sentence about your business, your audience or how you write
Where it came from
A label showing which part of your work it was drawn from
When
How long ago the app noticed it
How sure it is
Either a confidence marker or the number of separate sources that back it

Suggestions waiting for you

Above the list, the app tells you whether there are profile suggestions waiting. When there is nothing to look at, it says so plainly rather than leaving you guessing.

Removing a note

Each note has a cross beside it. Use it when the app has learned something that is no longer true, or that you would rather it did not use.

Good to know

Where they are used
Every time content is generated for you
Who writes them
The app, from your own work. You do not add them by hand
The running total
Shown next to the AI-Learned Notes heading
Keeping them useful
Remove anything out of date, so it stops shaping new content
