What each item in the sidebar does, so you can reach your ideas, your library, your schedule and your inbox quickly.

Everything in the app hangs off the narrow sidebar down the left of every page. It stays put wherever you are, so it is the fastest way to move between the parts of your work.

What each item does

The sidebar, top to bottom

Home: Your starting page, with what you have made so far
Create: Pull content ideas out of a conversation
Library: Everything you have made, in one place
Schedule: Write posts, set when they go out, and see what has gone
Inbox: Calls and captured thoughts waiting for you to look at them
Settings: Your profile, connections, notifications and billing

See the names, not the icons

The sidebar starts narrow, showing an icon for each item. The names appear when you widen it.

Select the control at the very top of the sidebar to widen it. The name of each item appears beside its icon.

Select it again to narrow the sidebar back down.

The numbers on the icons

A number beside Inbox counts the items waiting for you. It goes down as you approve or discard them, so an empty Inbox shows no number at all.

Good to know

Always there: The sidebar is on every page inside the app
Where you are: The item you are on is highlighted
Library: Marked NEW while the feature is recent
Signing out: At the bottom of the sidebar, under your name
