Paste or upload a transcript

If you already have a transcript, you can hand it straight to the app and get content ideas back. You can upload the file or paste the text.

Add the transcript

   Select Create in the sidebar, then Get started on the Upload Transcript card.

   Drag a file onto the box, or select the box to browse for one.

   To paste instead, put the text into Paste Transcript Content, lower down the same panel.

   A word count appears under the box, with a note telling you whether the length looks right.

Give it a name

Under Label this extraction (optional), type a name you will recognise later. The app suggests something like a client call or a strategy session. Skipping this is fine, but a name makes it far easier to find again.

Choose who the content is for

The app reads the transcript and works out who was speaking. It then asks Who do you want to generate content for, and lists the speakers it found with a short description of each.

   Select the speaker the content should sound like. The first one is chosen already.

   If a speaker is missing, select Add Speaker Manually.

Extract the ideas

   Check the Content Profile line. With Personalize output ticked, the ideas are shaped by your voice, your audience and your goals.

   Select Extract Ideas.

   Wait while it works. The app says this takes 20 to 40 seconds, and it can take longer.

What you get

The page becomes Extraction Results, with your ideas grouped into three sets. Select a set to read what is in it.

Every idea carries two scores out of 10. Awareness is how well it suits reaching people who do not know you yet. Conversion is how well it suits moving someone closer to working with you.
