How Content on Easy Mode works
The path a conversation takes, from arriving in the app to going out as a post, and what happens at each stage.
Available on All plans
You talk for a living, or near enough. Calls, interviews, podcasts, the thought you had in the car. The app turns that talk into things you can post, so the work you have already done counts twice.
It runs in four stages, and you can stop at any of them.
1. A conversation comes in
Conversations reach the app in a few ways. Calls arrive on their own once your meetings are connected. You can paste or upload a transcript. You can capture a thought in your own words, or send one in from your phone.
Anything that arrives without you asking lands in your Inbox, which keeps a Needs review list so nothing is processed behind your back.
2. The app reads it and finds ideas
The app reads the conversation and pulls out the points worth saying again. Those become content ideas, shown under the heading Extraction Results and sorted into three groups by the kind of content each one suits.
The three groups
- Long Form Ideas
- In-depth articles and whitepapers
- Short Form Ideas
- Social posts, emails and updates
- Microcontent
- Tweets, hooks and snippets
3. An idea becomes a piece of content
An idea is a starting point, not a finished piece. You choose the shape you want it in, and the app writes to that shape. There are five formats, covering posts, video scripts, long-form writing and short hooks. The same idea can be made into more than one.
4. You schedule it and it goes out
Finished content can be scheduled against your connected accounts and tracked from draft to published. Nothing is posted without you setting it up.
Everything is kept
Every conversation you bring in and every piece made from one stays in your Library, grouped so you can get back to any of it. Nothing is thrown away as you go.
Good to know
- Stop anywhere
- You can capture conversations and never generate a thing
- Nothing is automatic
- Ideas wait for you, and posts go out only when scheduled
- It learns
- The more it sees of your work, the closer drafts land to your voice
- Kept indefinitely
- Your conversations and content stay for as long as your account exists
