Ways to get a conversation into the app

The places a conversation can come from, and which one to reach for depending on what you already have.

Content starts from something you said. That might be a call you have already had, a video you recorded, or a thought you want to get down before it goes. Each of those has its own way in.

Start on the Create page

Select Create in the sidebar. The page is headed Create Content, above a row of cards under Start with your source.

What each source is for

Upload Transcript: Upload or paste your transcript text
Brain Dump: Type or dictate your thoughts, ideas, or meeting notes
Video2Post: Upload a video, get a ready-to-share post
Recent Extraction: Go back to your latest analysis rather than starting again

The first three cards open with Get started. Recent Extraction opens with View recent, because it takes you back to work you have already done.

Calls come in on their own

A call does not need to be added by hand. Meetings arrive in your Inbox, where you look at each one and decide whether it is worth pulling ideas from. Select Sync now on that page to check for meetings that have finished since you last looked.

Which one to use

You have a recording or notes already: Upload Transcript
You have a thought and no recording: Brain Dump
You have a video: Video2Post
You had the call on a connected service: Wait for it in your Inbox
